Social Security Disability Case Manager

McDonald Law Firm is seeking a Case Manager to add to our Social Security Disability team. As a Case Manager, your day involves managing a large caseload of clients seeking to obtain Social Security Disability benefits through the Social Security Administration.

We work in a very fast-paced environment where ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demand is imperative.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large number of clients
• Extensive phone use while maintaining a friendly, positive demeanor
• File Social Security Disability appeals with the Social Security Administration
• Respond to clients in a timely and professional manner via phone, email and text message
• Working directly with the Social Security Administration
• Data entry
• Maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Possess intermediate level of computer skills, including a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
• Attention to detail
• Excellent typing skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Office Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Following 60 days of employment, you may have the option to work 8:30 – 5:00 Monday through Thursday.
